Ok, now that I have figured out how to imbed videos, here is one I made some time ago with my family in it. This was put together from a few different locations in Alberta, Canada.
We have a different dog and two less cats now, but enjoy none-the-less...
P.s. Note to viewers. Just so you know when I say Ashley and her daddy, that I am her daddy, lol. I just worded it funny...

Excellent slide show Poker. Wonderful photos of your children. You are right to be proud of them. I have no doubts that they will grow into fantastic young adults with such dedicated parents.

Yes, faster then you can believe. I find it to be almost therapeutic to look through photos of the children as the grow. My parents have albums, (and shoe boxes!), full of pictures of us while young. We often pull them out during family visits to show our own children how their exploits aren't so different from our own.
The medium may have changed, but these are the items that re-affirm our fondest of memories. Pauline listens to a band that play a song called 'Photographs'. The first lines are spot-on, and never fail to remind me to add a few photos to our own albums.

I think that the therapy you are talking about is walking our minds down a heart filled road, when we look through the mountains of pictures.
Sure, the road isn't always like the typical idol of the cute red heart shaped thingy, 'cause life is rares symetrical or perfect, but Is filled with the things one goes through for the ones we love. There is no definition of "a labour of love" compared to "family" that says it just that way.
