| OK, so it will be a 'go' for the Challenger? If not, let's see if it could be moved to just a later start time for the guys in the east. | |

| I know we are all chomping at the bit to get back to online racing, but I honestly think we should hold WRE till next week. There will be no telling what things will be like tomorow night. I'm sure there will be a VERY large update to download and some of those big updates can take up to a couple of hours. For those getting home from work, they might not have enough time to catch WRE. Even then, there could still be issues with the new servers that could pop up. How about we just have a "back to the pack" night of racing Tuesday night? Heck, I've even had a bit of a taste for some 5p beginner DSS style racing! Throw the old skid recovery on, no grip reduction, grab the Ford GT's, the Vettes, the Calli, throw R3's on 'em and go! | |

| Just an FYI, the new update will require you to change your password so be ready to find/remember your password(S). | |

| I think we should give WRE a whirl if we get back online. If the servers are overloaded, we'll make a postponement decision. | |

| Got home at 6:30 central, no go. And I hope I can find my passwords for each account. The RIP one is easy, but the others may be less so. Will we be able to use the 'forgot password' option? | |

| No real new news on the PSN front. I think all we are going to see is it being pushed ahead a day at a time. Originally when they announced a somewhat pinpointable timeline, it was supposed to be Tuesday, now it's today, tomorrow it'll be... you guessed it... tomorrow. LOL. | |

| They'll get it sorted. I'm sure it must be a massive undertaking. I wonder, will we know for sure when it's up and running? If we have to change our password to log in, how will we know it's up without being signed in? | |

| The first thing that will spurr you to the onset of PSN will be a PS3 Update as soon as you turn the unit on. You won't get to sign in until such is done, at that time you will be prompted to change your password first. If, at that time you have forgotten your password, and you still have the same PS3 and email account, then booyah, if not, boohoo. | |

| Thank you Poker. I'm pretty sure the e-mail accounts for each profile are the same, we only have the one PS3, and the passwords are indeed linked to each e-mail account. Only question would be if it is just necessary to change the password for the PSN sign in only. Damn, I haven't done anything but think about it and I'm already confused! | |

| I won't even bother to change my password if it's not required. PSN don't have my credit card, SS or my present home address If password change is required, you will be prompted after logged on and just follow the instructions. | |

| Well, thanks to more vagueness, PSN is still not up, and more promises not fullfilled. A security breach such as this should and could take months to cure. I don't suspect PSN will be back on any time soon. So, in the light of such, Tuesday's WRE RMPS is suspended until further notice. I will update as the rumours dictate, and I will defi'f'n'nately let you all know when I am successfull in logging on.
GO PSN'F'n'N
If Sony survives this, then look forward to many more attempts. Hopefully Sony has adequate firewalls this time. I mean WTF. A multiBillion dollar company, taken down like this. Pshaw. Sad!!! | |
