A little info on the race car:
2001 Hoffman built modified
sub frame from an '82 cutlass metric frame
rear suspention: 3 link, short panhard bar, 9" ford 5.67 gear

tranny: Falcon direct drive 2 speed (43 lbs total!)

engine: Small block Chevrolet 406ci (400 .030 over)
Eagle rotating assembly, 4340 crank, 6" H-beam rods, forged .150 dome top pistons
Speedway Motors cam .555 lift, 260 duration, 106 deg. overlap
Dart Iron Eagle heads, 215cc intake, 64cc combustion chamber
Power Plus high rise intake, Holley 750cfm double pumper alchy carb
MSD billit distributer, 6al box, high vibration coil

Fuel: Sunoco SPX Methanol
Weight: 2500lbs
HP: 550-600 (never dyno'd motor)

Driver: crazy MF that thought he had enough money to run the thing!!!

I won a few heat races, but never got a feature win. Raced on and off from '02 through '07 and had a blast doing it. Would recomend it to anyone that gets a chance. I just trying to figure out a way to get another, but this time I'm going to make it a B-mod. Same kind of chassis, but limited to 360ci with a 2 barrel 500cfm carb and some suspention limits. It reduces the cost some, but still... I WANT ANOTHER!!!!!

If I remember correctly, PaigaiPoker raced that sweet bike.
