S.N.C.R 6/15/13 Week 2

Monza! 42 laps around the famed Italian track!

This week will see a twist, with variable weather thrown in for some more hair raising close calls! As with the first race (see related post under Saturday Night Class Racing) this will be open tire choice with the same three classes.

In the spirit of making this into the best damn fun you can have on GT5 on a Saturday night, I will allow anyone who chooses too, to switch cars. I would prefer we stay in the same classes though. However, with this series so young, if you feel you want to try a different class next week, you may also do so. I hope we can get another great field of at least three in each class like last week. If switching classes will facilitate that goal, than I'm all for it.

After a few weeks of this, we can try a series in which we lock in the same cars for the whole thing. So don't be discouraged, try next week and see if you'll have more fun in a different ride.

Hope everyone has had a chance to mull over their options for this week. I think rain will be a great trial for us this race. See you guys there!

Just a heads up... had disco issues this morning already. Hopefully they quit screwing with it by tonight!

Thanks Dead, just got home and haven't had a chance to feel out the connection. Hugh says it's been fine for us, so I hope there won't be too much trouble tonight.

are there points for this series . i cannot find them .

For this first few races, we will forgo the points so that the regulars can get a feel for what it is about. There are already some that have not made the second week, and even a few car changes, so I feel that after word gets around, we will be able to set the series up for points paying positions.

 However, I can tell you what we have so far 1Eye, just for kicks.........

 As you can see, we had a bit of a drop off in attendance. I hope next week will be a bit better. Remember, there will be PP adjustments for the first two classes.
