You have to paste the image details, not the image itself. It also has to be a certain size. Hopefully one of the more technologically proficient team members can help you more bud.

You need someone like "photobucket.com" or "serving.com" to host the image.
Box, there're instructions in the "how to" section. If you can't get it done, pm or email me the image, I will do it for you.
