Friday night during Beer League, my old dog started having some issues. There were many nice things said by my teammates, and I apreciate all of you.

However, things took a turn for the worse saturday morning and I finaly had to make the decision I have been dreading for a while. After 13 1/2 years of a very good life, it was time to let him go.

Louie will be missed, and remembered forever. RIP

You'll never forget Louie, but when the time is right, Louie Jr is out there looking for a daddy. Trust me, a puppy will heal your heart. Again, when the time is right.

Always and forever. That's how we think of the creatures some regard as pets. Others come to think of them as members of the family. The dogs certainly do.

Remember him how he was DMH. The fact that he was over 13 is a testament to just how happy he was with you.

I made the same choice back in November... so hard. Worse part was not only was she 10+ years old, but was with me from my childhood to adulthood. I still haven't let go 9 months later... You're not alone in pain DMH. Things will get brighter.
