Well, seeing that we have no regular series to run for WRE on Tuesdays, we've been meeting in open and private lobbies for informal shuffles and spec races. What say we start to get back to some planned events and have some posts ahead of time for people to prepare for?

Mid-engined cars are awesome. Especially when equipped with V8 engines. How about we open it up to any MR with any V8? There are several to use with naturally aspirated, turbos, heck even supercharged.

If you guys would like, we can start off with a 'run what ya brung' style event and continue through the night.

Tuesday night @ 9:00 EST Private Lounge, I'll host. As usual, all Team members and friends of RIP are encouraged to join

Car: Any MR V8 (duh)

Tires: Sports Soft (to keep it managable) Tire wear will be set to Normal, we'd like it to be a fun night

Tracks: Bigger ones, thinking DRC, IRC, Motegi, Spa, Le Sarthe etc. We'll adjust laps for 15-20 minute races

Tune: Anything goes up to 600PP - I'd had a thought to use a Min. Weight/ Max. HP

No Drivers Aids save ABS.

So check out what you'd like to use. If successful, we can try some more class races like this for the time being.

since only four other RIP's seem to join, lets make it open i'm really discouraged by our RIP attendance, i guess i'd rather be golfing, if low attendance is the theme signed disgruntled RIP_Crazy-8 Crazy

C8, although the event will be held in a private lounge, you can certainly invite anybody in your friends list. Hope to see you there but if you would rather be golfing .... Sad

I was going to start @ Fuji F, Bring it east to the US (DRC,IRC) and push into Europe to test them at Spa and De Le Sarthe. Maybe we can squeeze in some high speed runs at X Track. I'm sure there wouldn't be any objections to DSS....

Sorry guys that I was late for the party but I was tired. It rained half of the day, monsoon like at times and I was soaking wet after a few hours but had to keep going. That was definitely a "hate-working-for-UPS-this-job-sucks" day lol
