Spend it Wisely - Thur 6-6-13

We'll do the same round twice, as it seemed to work out pretty well for most everyone. (but me)

$50,000 credits to start with. Buy a car and do what you will with it up to $50k. Spend as much or as little as you like as money leftover is banked.

Race 1: 5 laps @ DRC

Take your winnings, plus the money you win and the sale of your car, except for the winner of race 1 who cannot sell their car until race 3.

Buy your second car, outfit it as your budget sees fit and race again.

Race 2: 6laps @ IRC

Take your winnings, leftover money and the sale of your car (everybody), and buy car 3. Spend it all as it's the last race of the night!

Race 3: 8laps @ Mazda Raceway LagunaSeca


NOTE: cars bought don't HAVE to be sold. You may simply find out what thevalue of the car is worth and add that amount to your total.

This has been a lot of fun. Look at it as a simplified way of doing the grass-roots series we were talking about a while back.

What is the limitations for PP?

That's the beauty of this series, Pokey. The only limits are your wallet. However you can outfit your car for the budget you have.

I will say, look for tires. The last couple of weeks has shown that either buying a car that comes with good rubber, or saving enough to buy some, seems to have been the winning move.
