A bit of bad timing today as life decided to hit me with a sinus migrane. It's just about under control now and I can get back on the track for the rest of the night.

It's a bit frustrating because I can see places where I'm faster than the leaders, but the places I'm slower cost more time than I'm making up elsewhere. The Eifel track is very tough to put together a big lap because they give you SO many places to eat it! Lol.

Advice, take a 15 minute break if you start running slower than usual, trust me, it works. Stay hydrated, don't eat too much, eat just enough. Don't flip flop between the 2 tracks too much, put a good amount into each one, than switch. I know it's late advive, but it should help to push out the next 11 hours.

Guess I'm gonna take that break after all. Severe T-storms moving in with lots o lightning.

Started back on IRC. Sitting 43rd there, but only 1 sec off the leader! Hoping to improve after the storm. 28th region, 120th nationaly for now.

Well, I was a bit disapointed with myself tonight. Try as I may, I just couldn't improve on my IRC time. I should have just stayed on the Eifel curcit where I think I could have shaved off another couple of tenths.
