Found a weird new glitch

When trying to figure out starting times for dawn and dusk races, I started to notice a problem.

Setting the clock for either 18:30 or 19:00, time stood still upon entering the course and even running the race. Setting the clock for between those times; 18:40 or 18:50, caused the time to progress as normal.

I didn't try this with the morning times, or any othe clock settings for that matter, but I wonder if it happens at the :00 and :30 clock setting for all times? I am setting my races for the between times for now. Keep this in mind if you set up an event.


Come to think of it... we also had issues with the rain settings last week. Either it didn't accumulate water, or it passed right by the setting.
