I'm registering cause Deadmanshand said I should register because I am definitely interested in being apart of RIP.

I'm an all around friendly (but overweight) 19 year old male gamer living in California. I currently am taken by a beautiful woman living in Texas, who I have been dating for over 2 years, (we started dating in late 2010) and currently work part time as volunteer at the local vet offices and animal shelter, and part time as worker at my local video game store. My friends consider me to be the epitome of the 'Good Guy Greg' meme.

I am a car enthusiast who grew up with GT, and my dad says he will buy me a nice car to my desired specs and add ons when I lose my weight and get my license.

Glad you found the old hangout, CA. This is where we have all our team discussions, event planning and just general BS'n.

Look around a bit, there is more to the site for full members, but you can access the calendar right now which is where we post our scheduled events. It's a bit empty atm, but we get together every Tuesday night around 9:00 eastern time for our WRE, or Weekly Racing Event. Right now we are running open lobby events until we get a new season started.

The new TC series I'm working on will be starting on Thursdays soon. Be sure to send me a FR as this series will be in a private room.


Joining RIP as a full member requires a new tag. We gladly invite guests to join in our events if they are not wanting to go to that extent, but there are events at times that are for tagged members only. Plus, full membership opens up more of this forum to be viewed. We like to have members try to be an active part of RIP and join in both on the track, as well as here for event planning and team discussion.

There is a RIP Code of Conduct we expect all of our members to adhere to that promotes respectful racing. We are gentleman racers here, even our lovely ladies, lol. We are a diverse group who like to race in a fun environment where winning isn't everything, and respect and fun are the top priority.


If this all sounds good, come on out and join us for some racing. You may start thinking of a themed tag for yourself in the meantime. If you click on the memberlist, you can see the names that have been used. Please confirm with one of us, the team name you decide on for approval. It must do with some form of gambling. Cards, casino, games, whatever.

I thank you for your interest in the team and hope to see you on the track soon. I would think we'll be on this friday for some unplanned races.

That is the stickler here. You do not have to drop your other tags, nor will you be treated any differently by us if you do not wish to take that step. You are very welcome to join in with us under your chaotic tag.

Taking a RIP tag is for those drivers who wish to fully represent the team in all aspects. We have many fine friends who join us regularly under their solo tags. This is the reason I highly suggest taking a few races to make sure you wish to go to that level. There is no need, however, to drop your other tags if you do take a RIP tag. You may continue to race them at will.


Several of our older member have moved on, so some names may be available with a different spelling.

Well, be sure to at least try some races with us CA. As for starting a new tag, that really shouldn't be so big a deal. Most times we use cars from the Preimium garage, so they are generally availble all the time. With seasonal events, big credits and high levels can be obtained rather easily. You can also send favorite or rarer cars from your other tag. Of course if you do decide to join our team, we'd be happy to help out with anything you need.

Ah. As far as the RIP name goes, I was thinking something related to Roulette orlike a Royal Flush.

In terms of races tonight, just let me know the PST time to be on. Actually one of the big reasons that I am hesitant to make a RIP PSN is due to the fact on this ID I beat the GT World Championship in A-Spec to get the Bugatti, WITHOUT using the X1, so that would be hard to do again. However I would, because I would actually be probably quite fond of those two names I suggested.

we already have a HighRoller, we HAD a RoyalFlush & a SnakeEyeys, but both of them are gone, you could be either RoyalFlush or SnakeEyeys just by changing 1 letter, for example RIP_Royal-Flush or RIP_Snake-Eyes # 11 lol & don't foget to pick a # too. good luck & have fun

Ok Roy! (we use a lot of abbreviations around here, ie; DMH, 8, Poke, 3D, etc.) Hope to see you around soon. I'll try to remember to add you. And remember, using this tag will not neccessarily mean that you have to level up to 40 right off the bat. Put in some time on it to sort out things and gather up cars you like. While we can't send you cars costing over 1 million credits, we can send you everything else. Use your spare time to run seasonals so that you can bank enough credits to buy the really expensive cars yourself.

My current goal for long term saving is the Formula GT for 5 mil.

Ok, those are typically found in the online dealer. You should have little trouble earning the credits to buy that. The bigger hurdle will be obtaining the level with which to actually buy the car. Keep pounding out the seasonals, you'll be there in no time. Be sure to log in every day with your RIP tag to get the 200% rewards increase bonus to really fly through the levels!

Sounds good RF. (Roy...geez. who came up with THAT one? ) Remember that you may use your current tag for any events your RIP tag isn't quite ready for, whether it be cars, tracks, level.
