GT academy round two CANCELED [UPDATE]

in round two of gta held jan 31 to feb 6,SONY found repeatedly that it was possible to cut corners or hit walls to shorten lap times. Because of this Sony is effectively nagating round 2, allowing everyone to progress to round three. They are working on an update to help prevent this inappropriate driving. Round three will take place after the release of the update, previously announced schedule of feb 14 2011 is subject to change. the new schedule will be announced again at a later date. So next time their will be a fair race enviroment, THANK GOD. Im happy to see this even though racers have spent many countless hours already only to be negated, that this will hopefully be the cure for the many problems

Un-F'n believable! I took a week off work to try to get in and for what? Well, I guess I made the cut, huh?

When this "academy" started, who would of thought that it would come to this.....wow.

At least they're taking steps to be fair...even though it's a little late (should of happened in round 1).

Anybody remember the academy during GT5P? If you put one tire on the grass, you were done. Hopefully the update will make the academy what it's suppose to be.

Why did they cancel I wonder. Guess I could look it up, but I'm not sure I care to. It has lost a big amount of credibility with the lax penalties/rules. Hopefully they are figuring this out during the online hiatus, lol. No new seasonal events for a whole week.
